Hot! Apple Cider Vinegar Rinse Recipe




Apple cider vinegar has many benefits for hair. It can add body and shine, stimulate the follicles, clarify, and cleanse. It’s a great affordable option to try with homemade hair creations. Here is a recipe for a simple apple cider vinegar hair rinse.

What you need:


Rosemary leaves

Apple cider vinegar

What to do:

Heat the cup of water until it boils. Add two teaspoons of rosemary leaves and cover. Allow to steep for fifteen minutes. Pour through a strainer to filter out the leaves. Dilute 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar into a cup of water. Mix with the rosemary tea.

How to use:

Wash you hair as usual. Use this as a final rinse.

  1. Instead of rosemary leaves what about rosemary essential oil? I’ve used the ACV rinse on my locs (and love it) but I haven’t boiled the water or added anything else. Seems like it’d be worth a try, though. Thanks for sharing.
